Dear self,

First of all, I would want to thank you for keeping it together all this time. Thank you for making the right choices despite the storm. Thank you for being you.

I know that you’ve failed in the past but you were able to pick up yourself and dust it all.

Life has not been easy and the presence is still a bit difficult but I hope you keep going and showing up because I believe the future is brighter.

Life might have been difficult for you to some extent and you can’t predict the future but I feel that is what makes it life. The twist is what makes it an amazing ride.

I know some of your choices were not perfect, I know you felt broken by those whom you trusted.

Life has not been easy and you don’t seem to have gotten it together but with consistency and belief I know you will get there.

I don’t want you to be too hard on yourself for those things you were not able to achieve. I don’t want you to lose hope in gloomy days. Think about all the lessons life has taught you and how far you’ve come.

I want you to see life as a gift and each day as a blessing. I want to remind you of how beautiful the future is if you don’t lose sight of today. Don’t give up.

I want to remind you that you have the most beautiful smile, face, and heart. Your hard work will pay off, your sacrifices for humanity won’t be forgotten.

I want to also remind you to learn how to love yourself and put yourself first before others, I also wish you will be stronger and your emotions will be in check.

Never feel inferior I want you to be more confident and believe in your craft and talent. Don’t talk down on yourself or get intimidated by neersayer.

You are an amazing person and I hope you always remember that. Never forget home or where you coming from. Don’t allow success make you to forget your days of little beginning. Do not forget those who helped you on your way up.

Be grateful for all things and in every situation be it good or bad. Don’t lose sight of God and don’t talk down on others.

Lead a good life so that others can emulate. Be kind and patient with everyone. Learn tolerance and keep faith alive. Don’t forget to follow the principles of life and learn from others experiences.

I hope that all of your desires become a reality and you don’t stop working on being the best version of yourself.

Lastly, don’t forget that you matter most to your growth, take care of yourself, and be genuinely intentional in all you do. I love you now and forever.

Remember, to look at yourself in the mirror every morning and appreciate God for this finest piece of art. You’re a work in progress.

Best regards,

Cynthia(self).
